Welcome to the official R3DRUNNER website.
This site provides numerous services, one of which is an online shop.
Because we operate this shop, even though its infrastructure uses Ecwid, we must provide a privacy policy as we collect data in the normal use cycle of the shop.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from R3DRUNNER.COM (the “Site”).

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
No minor may operate, open, use, browse, link to, or view this website under the age of 18, regardless of any circumstantial overrides (such as parental consent).

We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

If you choose to file a commission with us through our COMMISSION section of our Site (https://R3DRUNNER.COM/#COMMISSION), you are relayed to Google Forms, at which point Google is responsible for your data security.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our ("Store" or "Shop" or "Apparel Store") is built, maintained and funneled through Ecwid, a third party shop platform. You can learn more about Ecwid here: https://www.ecwid.com/
Because our custom Store is built on Ecwid, our Website does not collect the Order Information-- Ecwid is responsible for its security.
Given this, our Manager controls and uses the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Automatically inform you of order information and order updates;
Personally communicate with you; and
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information we collect, such as log files, are not shared with anyone. They are kept securely on the server.
We use this information to protect against attacks on the website, and us personally.
We also use it to analyze browsing habits and improve the design of the site to mirror what users come to use most often.
Some information is relayed to other services the moment it is collected, such as Ecwid. These services are responsible for the data they hold on our behalf.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Because our tracking is used to see and prevent malicious behavior, we choose to dishonor DNT signals.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information by contacting us with the information listed in the "Contact" section below.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
We may try to announce changes to this privacy policy in advance for our users on all announcement platforms in our control, but are not required to do so.
